About Us

In 1974 Russell and Dennis Goatley, father and son started their journey in the double glazing industry, starting from the early days of aluminium systems into hardwood frames, some of which are still going strong in homes around Sussex. Then in the late 70’s PVCu systems were introduced, the business grew from strength to strength, Russell’s philosophy was to build a business which offered high quality products, expert installers with a good background of carpentry skills, great customer service, all in all to offer good value for money.
The business operated in Shoreham by Sea in the local high street for over 30 years and built up a good reputation which proved Russell's philosophy. Throughout the 1990’s Russell’s sons, Jason, Simon and Jordan joined the business and Dennis their grandfather retired. In 2004 the business moved to larger premises on the A259 Coast Road in Portslade, this was to enable customers to view a larger range of products and also to provide adequate parking spaces for all our customers. Russell has instilled into his sons the same business ethic that he believes made the business a success and will continue to offer the exceptional service it always has.
